ok so im still having some problems uploading my flahplayer file i have tried to resize it
im not sure how to take a snap shot of it like charlotte suggested so if anyone has any ideas please let me know i'm still going to try and find some way to get it on my blogg hopefully before tomorrow morning

Don't panic! You can't upload flash files to blogger. Instead, export as QuickTime. Or, if you are on a MAC, use Open Apple and 3 to snap a picture (or use the Grab program in the program folder). If you are on a PC, press the "Print Screen" button on the keyboard (top right corner), open PhotoShop, File> New (default settings) and Edit> Paste
